Terms of use
Effective: October 18, 2026 · Last updated: October 18, 2026
These terms cover orenston.com, its emails, guides, downloads and paid tiers (the "Service"). The Service is run by Brady Hanlon, a sole proprietor doing business as Orenston ("Orenston", "we"), 78 Hawthorne Avenue, Auburndale, MA 02466. Contact: brady@orenston.com. By using the Service you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy policy, Earnings disclaimer and Affiliate disclosure.
1. General education only
The Service teaches general methods for making money with AI. It isn't financial, tax, investment or legal advice. Results vary, most people earn little or nothing, and we make no guarantee of income or any result. Examples and case studies are illustrative and not typical (see the Earnings disclaimer).
2. Affiliate relationships
Some links are affiliate or referral links, marked "sponsored". If you buy through one, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. We disclose this before the first link on each page. Commissions on our links are paid to us. We don't pay members a share, and membership doesn't give you any right to commissions.
3. Accounts
You must meet the minimum age stated in our Privacy policy to create an account. Give accurate information and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
4. Paid tiers (Starter, Builder, Operator)
Paid Starter, Builder and Operator plans are not on sale yet. Until they are, there is no checkout, no billing and no refund policy to apply.
- When paid plans are offered, prices, what each tier includes, the billing period, renewal terms and the checkout provider will be shown on the checkout page before you pay, and those details will be published in these terms before any sale.
- Recurring plans renew until you cancel. Cancellation will stop future charges, and the cancellation method will be at least as easy as signing up (ROSCA). The exact cancellation method will be published before any sale.
- Refunds: the refund policy and window will be published before any sale.
- A paid tier gives access to more material. It doesn't promise any result or income.
5. Using shared links and materials
If you share any Orenston link, disclose it clearly before you share it ("Affiliate link: Orenston may earn a commission"). Don't spam, don't run paid search on brand names, and don't post links or codes on coupon or deal sites. Follow each program's rules. Templates and prompts in paid tiers are licensed to you for your own projects only. Don't resell or republish them.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law or platform rules; publish deceptive, health or income claims; scrape or overload the site beyond what robots.txt allows; or try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours.
7. Content and data
Site content belongs to Orenston or its licensors. Datasets marked CC BY 4.0 may be reused with attribution to Orenston and a link. Program terms we summarize belong to the programs and may change. Check the source.
8. AI-generated material
Some drafts, images or examples are made with AI tools and then reviewed by a person. Check facts yourself before you rely on them.
9. Third-party sites and tools
We link to sites and tools we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We aren't responsible for their content, pricing or availability.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Specific limitation-of-liability caps, exclusions and indemnity terms will be published before any paid plan is offered for sale.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above changes when we do. Material changes to paid tiers will be emailed to members first. You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time by emailing brady@orenston.com.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Orenston agree that the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
